Pearl On The Day Coordination Package – $2650
This service includes 8 hours of on-the-day coordination to ensure everything runs to the planned schedule.
Our Pearl On The Day Coordination Package includes:
- Preliminary meeting with one of our friendly wedding coordinators.
- Unlimited emails and phone calls with your wedding coordinator as required.
- Creating a style and decorative concept for your wedding day including e.g. flowers, candles, table wear, linen, draping, lighting, lounges, stationery, cake etc.
- Monthly reminders to keep you on track with everything that needs to be done.
- Coordination of all suppliers during set-up on the wedding day.
- Assistance with the creation of the floor plan and run sheet of the day.
- Be present for a wedding ceremony rehearsal (normally about 1 hour)
- Be onsite for 8 hours for both ceremony and reception to assist setup team and coordinate all guests and bridal party, ensuring each detail of the setup and timings meet the requirement as per details discussed in our meetings.
- Collection of all items that need to be set up on the wedding day – e.g: photographs, guest book and pen, special glassware for the bride and groom, seating plan, bonbonnieres, place cards etc.
- On the day coordination times to be negotiated between yourself and your coordinator
- Any hours over 8 hours to be charged at $95.00 per hour This package is for service within one hour of Maroochydore. We can arrange a custom quote for you if your event is outside of our one hour distance boundary.
Crystal Wedding Package – $3950
This service includes 6 hours of on-the-day coordination to ensure everything runs to the planned schedule.
Our Crystal Wedding Package includes:
- Preliminary meeting
- Unlimited email and phone communication
- Sourcing of wedding ceremony and reception locations
- Sourcing of wedding suppliers, products and services for all aspects relating to your wedding
(ie Photography, Videographer, Florist, Cake, Hair Stylist, Make-up artist, Caterer, Stationer etc.) - Arrange meetings with chosen suppliers
- Coordination and management of contacts, bookings and deposits for venues and suppliers
- Creating a style and concept for your wedding including invitations, flowers, linen, centrepieces and lighting
- Arrange and organise final payments to suppliers and venue
- Send monthly reminders to keep you on track with everything that needs to be done
- Coordinate with each of your chosen vendors to ensure they each know your itinerary and their set up times and requirements.

This service includes 8 hours of on-the-day coordination to ensure everything runs to the planned schedule.
Our Diamond Wedding Package includes:
- Preliminary meeting
- Unlimited email and phone communication
- Unlimited face to face meetings as required
- Sourcing of wedding ceremony and reception locations
- Sourcing of wedding suppliers, products and services for all aspects relating to your wedding(ie Photography, Videographer, Florist, Cake, Hair Stylist, Make-up artist, Caterer, Stationer etc.)
- Arrange meetings with chosen suppliers
- Accompany you to 4 of those meetings or attend on your behalf
- Coordination and management of contacts, bookings and deposits for venues and suppliers
- Create and manage your wedding budget
- Creating a style and concept for your wedding including invitations, flowers, linen, centrepieces and lighting
- Arrange and organise final payments to suppliers and venue
- Develop a comprehensive timeline of your special day that will be distributed to each of your suppliers
- Send monthly reminders to keep you on track with everything that needs to be done
- Coordinate with each of your chosen venders to ensure they each know your itinerary and their set up times and requirements.
- Creation of floor plan and seating plan
- Arrange transportation
- Assistance with booking Hotel/Resort accommodation for guests
- Be present for a wedding ceremony rehearsal (normally about 1 hour)
- Be onsite for ceremony and reception set up to assist and coordinate, ensuring each detail of the set up and timings meet the requirement as per details discussed in our meetings

- Receive all deliveries and greeting each vendor as they arrive to set up
- Come prepared with a full wedding day emergency kit.

“Pop the Question” Proposal Package – $1600

- 2 hours at proposal site
- Delivery, Set-up and Pack-down

This proposal package inclusions:
- Bamboo 4 post Arbor with canopy and soft fabric side curtains
- Bamboo table for two dressed with white linen cloth and napkins
